If neuroinclusion has landed on your desk…

You don't need to become a neurodiversity expert.

You need to know where the friction is — and what to do about it. We help you choose a practical next step, whether you're improving one learning experience or building capability across an organisation.

That's exactly where we help.

  • “I need to make our learning more accessible.”
  • “Our facilitators need practical tools.”
  • “I need training that scales across teams.”
  • “We've been asked to run an awareness event.”
  • “We need a plan that leads to lasting change.”

3 NeuroHacks for
neuroinclusive learning design.

Joining us from the L&D Festival? Put the ideas into practice. These small changes are a useful place to begin in your next workshop, webinar or learning module.

NEUROHACK 01

The 1% Adjustment

Find one small source of friction and change it. Ask what would make it easier to engage, rather than assuming what someone needs.

Try this: Offer a quiet reflection minute before asking for contributions. Let people share verbally or in writing.

NEUROHACK 02

Separate outcome from method

Be clear about what a learner needs to demonstrate. Then consider whether there is more than one valid way to demonstrate it.

Try this: If the goal is to apply a framework, accept a written example or a discussion. Keep the learning standard clear.

NEUROHACK 03

Give the brain a map

Make the shape of the learning visible: what is happening, why it matters, how long it will take and what happens next.

Try this: Share the agenda, break times and participation options before the session. Explain any changes as they happen.

Our approach to neuroinclusive learning

Remove avoidable barriers.
Keep the learning meaningful.

Neuroinclusion does not mean designing a separate learning experience for every diagnosis. It means creating more clarity, flexibility and choice so more people can access, engage with and apply the learning.

WHYMake purpose and relevance clear.
WHATOrganise information into manageable steps.
HOWOffer supported practice and participation options.
WHAT IF?Help people transfer learning to their own context.

Clear answers

Neuroinclusive L&D,
explained.

A few of the questions L&D and people teams ask when deciding where to start.

What are neuroinclusive L&D services?

Neuroinclusive learning and development services help organisations design and deliver learning that considers different ways of processing information, communicating and participating. NeuroEmpowerment Solutions offers facilitator training, keynotes, eLearning, awareness campaigns and bespoke workplace capability programs.

Who is this training for?

Our services are designed for L&D, capability, organisational development, people, DEI and talent teams, as well as internal trainers, facilitators and leaders who want practical ways to support neuroinclusive learning and workplaces.

Can you train our internal facilitators?

Yes. Neuroinclusive facilitation and learning design training helps your team reduce cognitive load, improve clarity, offer participation choices and recognise avoidable barriers in online and in-person learning. It can include applying a neuroinclusive lens to 4MAT.

Can we choose individual eLearning programs?

Yes. Choose from 12 workplace eLearning programs or discuss the complete suite. Tell us about your audience, delivery platform and learning goals so we can confirm the right modules, licensing and technical fit before you commit.

Do you work with organisations outside Australia?

Yes. Aisling works with organisations in Australia and internationally. Online and in-person options can be discussed around your location, audience, time zone and project needs.

Do participants need to disclose a diagnosis?

These approaches focus on removing learning barriers and offering useful choices. Participants do not need to disclose a diagnosis to use clearer instructions, reflection time or different ways to contribute.

How do we choose a program and find out the cost?

Start with an enquiry about your audience, the challenge you want to solve and your preferred timing. We will help you identify a suitable format and scope, then confirm the investment for your organisation.
